How do I search for a product?

Not sure exactly what you're looking for? No problem. You can search affordacell.com's entire website through the Search button located on the side panel of every page. Enter one or more keywords that describe the phone or manufacturer you're looking for. If you use more than one keyword, our search engine will show the products that match all the keywords you enter.

Here are some examples using Keyword Search:

  • Entering "Nokia" finds all Nokia products.

  • Entering "car charger" finds all car chargers.

2. 

Return Policy?

We have a hassle-free return policy for products shipped in error. Once you've read the policy below, please e-mail us if you received a product shipped in error.

Return requests are processed within 3 (three) business days. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on how to ship the item back.

You can return it for a full merchandise refund under the following conditions:

  • Usually, but not always, the merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces. Failure to do so will result in a restocking fee.

  • Software cannot be opened or tampered with.

  • Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.

  • The package MUST have our Return Authorization Number on the return label.

  • Defective or shipment errors are shipped prepaid by affordacell.com.

  • Warranty items will be handled on a case-by-case basis according to manufacturer's guidelines.

  • We will email you an invoice for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements.

Do I need to order online?

No, if you are interested in making a purchase please e-mail us, to place your order.

How do I know you received my order?

After you submit your order, affordacell.com will send you an e-mail confirming your order was received. You will be sent another e-mail when your order has been shipped. This e-mail will contain a shipment tracking number for your reference.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been submitted?

To change OR cancel your order, you must contact affordacell.com as soon as possible after submitting it. You can contact us by e-mail at Customer Service. The order can be modified and/or cancelled only prior to shipment.

Please include your affordacell.com order reference number in your e-mail. This number is found on the top of your e-mail order confirmation. If the accessory has already been shipped, please e-mail us to arrange an exchange.
